Here is a short build log with pictures and components installed.

I started building wings first. Pictures are louder than words.

Covering wing joint with glass cloth and gluing with some epoxy.

Applying lacquer and sanding. I have made three layers.

Cutting ailerons.

Installing servos and servo covers.

Installed servos are Blu Bird BMS-306DMAX

Assembling fuselage and tail boom.

Installing push rods.

Assembling V-tail.

Installing tow hook.

Making pieces of lead for balancing.

Finishing the model.

Servos for elevator/rudder are 2 x Servos Blu Bird BMS-306DMAX

Power supply:

1 x Rhino 360 mAh 2s

1 x Hextronic Ubec

1 x Corona Synthesized Dual-Conv Receiver 6Ch 40Mhz

Finished model and ready for maiden flight.

Maiden flight was on the nearest slope. I can say that this model is more suitable for slope soaring than flat terrain. The plane is very agile and capable of aerobatics.

This is high quality a 60″ sailplane which can be bought in two versions, as a glider or electric sailplane. It is a perfect allrounder. It is great for slopes, high launch start or for flat terrain. The plane flies fantastic and it can even thermal. The vertical stabilizer is factory prepared for the rudder to be cut out. I bought the electric version for 220€.

First I have started building the wings. I used Hitec servos as you can see on the picture below.

Preparing servos to be installed. Hitec HS-65MG for flaps and ailerons.

Installing servos.

I found that the most difficult part of the build was installing the flap servos and linkage.

Ready to put on the servo covers.

Glued the elevator horn in.

Horizontal stabilizer is attached to the fuselage with two metal M4 screws.

Elevator servo is Hitec HS-85BB.

After the success of the 2.4 Ghz sistem the old one became more affordable. I bought the new Jeti REX 6 JBC receiver for Dart.

Maiden was a success. No trimming was needed to get this plane flying straight. Allthough not excpected the power setup gives unlimited verticals. Here are some pictures from the maiden flight. Video on the slope will follow.
